Verne Scazzero - President and CEO
Verne Scazzero is the President and CEO of Harvest Investments, Ltd. where he oversees daily investment review work on a wide range of portfolio types across several industries. Prior to Harvest, Verne managed an $800 million diversified fixed income portfolio for a regional bank holding company. Verne has also managed investment portfolios for other banks, insurance companies, not-for-profits, and individuals, as well as provided investment-related review and consulting services. Verne is also experienced in building systems and operational infrastructure required to support institutional investment management and web-based reporting for investment management and wrap firms. Verne has a Masters in Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelors Degree in Economics and History from Cornell University. Verne is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Kristi Kamykowski - COO
Kristi Kamykowski is a founding partner and COO of Harvest Investments. Kristi's background is in institutional custody, investment operations, investment accounting systems and compliance. She has serviced both large, multinational portfolios and community banks, as well as high net worth individuals. Prior to joining Harvest, Kristi worked at Harris Bank, Adams Financial Services, and First Colonial Bankshares Corporation. Kristi has an MBA from Loyola University and a BS from Elmhurst College in Management Science and International Business.

Susie DuRoss - Chief Markets Officer
Susie DuRoss is the Chief Markets Officer at Harvest Investments. Prior to joining the Harvest team, she traded mortgage, asset-backed, agency, and treasury bonds at William Blair & Company and Rodman and Renshaw. Her area of concentration has been in esoteric products, including home-equity loans and private placement asset-backed securities. Susie managed an inventory of up to one hundred million dollars in bonds, and she served in an advisory capacity to many institutional and retail clients. Her responsibilities also included hedging, mortgage pool allocation, and monthly mark-to-market pricing. In addition, she has experience managing both a syndicate and a repo book. Susie has a BA from the University of Michigan, training from the Municipal Bond Club of Chicago, and she is licensed with the NASD.

Jennifer Feit - Director of Sales and Client Services
Jennifer Feit is the Director of Sales and Client Services at Harvest Investments. Jennifer's experience has focused on B-2-B new business development, marketing, product development and client management. Prior to joining Harvest, Jennifer worked at Continental Illinois Bank and Trust Company, Sanwa Business Credit Corporation, and First Colonial Bankshares Corporation. Jennifer has a Masters in Management and Organizations from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelors Degree in Communications from Indiana University.

Joe Montemayor - Production Manager
Joe Montemayor is the Production Manager for Harvest Investments. Joe's background prior to Harvest is in Community Banking, where he held a variety of managerial positions and developed and implemented staff training programs. Joe was also a systems and procedures conversion specialist for acquired banks. Joe has serviced financial service needs of both institutional and retail relationships and his educational background is finance/business.
